CILEGON, MCNN – Hujan deras sejak Senin (4/5/2020) dini hari, mengakibatkan banjir dan longsor di beberapa wilayah Kota Cilegon- Banten.
Tidak hanya kawasan Cilegon Barat, banjir yang juga melanda wilayah Masigit dan Cibeber, serta mengakibatkan longsor dekat Pelabuhan Merak, juga kawasan Singkil dan Gerem Atas.
Menurut kesaksian warga, banjir datang dengan cepat, hingga beberapa warga tak sempat mengevakuasi barang miliknya.
” Ujan gede banget dari pagi, taunya air cepet naik gak nyangka cepet. Tadi juga liat ada mobil sampai keseret air,” terang Akbar.
Akibat dampak banjir, membuat gerbang tol Cilegon Barat ditutup. Kendaraan yang hendak ke luar tol Cilegon Barat pun terpaksa dialihkan ke GT Merak. Sedangkan kendaraan yang masuk GT Cilegon Barat harus bersabar menunggu air surut. (Agus/red)
